Moana Temporary Tattoo Stencils

Making temporary tattoos is an activity that everyone will love! For a Moana-themed birthday party (or simply to keep the children busy over summer) Linda has made some free printable stencils that look like they’ve come straight out of Hawaii! Super simple to do with a great effect, all of your little guests will parade their maori designs with pride.

    • The printable, which can be downloaded here
    • A box cutter and a cutting mat
    • A4 sheets of thick, glossy card
    • Some sellotape
    • Some face paint, which can be found here

1. Print out the printable onto the card and cut out the blue parts of the stencil.

2. Cover the front and back of each stencil with sellotape and cut out the middle again. This way the stencil will be stonger when in contact with paint.

3. All you have to do now is put the tattoos onto the children by putting the stencil on their arm, then stamping on the paint with the help of a sponge or a paintbrush.

You could also use this tutorial to make a big poster that the children can decorate using the stencils!
