Moana Crown – Gauguin

Moana Crown – Gauguin

Moana Flower Crown

On the 11th October, there will be a Gauguin exhibition at the Grand Palais in Paris. If you prefer the Breton period of painting, you can always make a Bigouden headdress, but we have opted for the “beauty of the islands” crown instead! The perfect opportunity to organise a Moana-themed birthday party! Follow this simple tutorial to create your own Gauguin head dress.

  • The printouts, which can be downloaded here (or here, for children older than 7 years old)
  • Ribbon (about 1m)
  • Glue
  • Scissors

1. Cut out the flowers

2. Stick the ribbon to the back of the flowers

3. Let the glue dry for a few minutes, and your crown is ready to be tied around your head.

PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: For children less than 6 years old, we would advise you to prepare the crowns in advance.
